What Happens When I Cancel My Policy?

Only the primary policy holder or signed co-applicant may cancel a policy. Our support team can help process your request to cancel your policy at any time.


Once your policy cancellation is processed:


  • Your cancellation notice will be added to your customer portal.

  • An email confirmation will be sent to your email address.

  • We’ll issue a refund check for the remaining prorated balance to the mailing address on file.

  • If the cancellation occurs prior to the policy's effective date and we have a mortgagee listed for you, we'll fax them.
