How can I update the personal information on my account?

If you need to update:


Your payment details on file- 

  • You can log into your Kin Portal and update the card information yourself.

    • If you had a previously declined payment but have now updated your card information in the Portal, it will not automatically trigger a new payment. Please submit a request below or give us a quick call to let us know about the change so we can schedule your payment.

  • You can give our customer support team a call at 855-216-7674

  • Please never send your full credit card number or a photo of your card via email or text.


Your email address on file-

  • Submit A Request below and we’ll be happy to make the change for you.


Your phone number on file-

  • Submit A Request below and we’ll be happy to make the change for you.


Your last name on the account due to a legal name change-

  • Submit A Request below and attach either your updated deed or marriage certificate reflecting your new last name and we’ll be happy to make that change for you.
