The best ways to submit documents to Kin are:

• Upload them through your Kin Customer Portal

• Attach them to our Contact Form (if under 3MB in size)

• Send them as attachments via email (up to 35MB in size)

For Self Inspections: All photos must be taken within the inspection portal and uploaded directly to NIIS. We cannot accept self-inspection photos sent via email.

If you need to update your payment details, you can do that yourself through the Kin Customer Portal or you can give us a call at 855-216-7674. Please never send your full credit card number or a photo of your card via email or text.

*If you had a previously declined payment but have now updated your card information in the Portal, it will not automatically trigger a new payment. Please submit a request below or give us a quick call to let us know about the change so we can schedule your payment.
