How can I send documents to Kin?

Upload them through your Kin Customer Portal
Attach them to our Contact Form (if under 3MB in size)
Send them as attachments via email (up to 35MB in size)

uwsupport@kin.com (Underwriting)
support@kin.com (Customer Support)
For Self Inspections: All photos must be taken within the inspection portal and uploaded directly to NIIS. We cannot accept self-inspection photos sent via email.
If you need to update your payment details, you can do that yourself through the Kin Customer Portal or you can give us a call at 855-216-7674. Please never send your full credit card number or a photo of your card via email or text.
*If you had a previously declined payment but have now updated your card information in the Portal, it will not automatically trigger a new payment. Please submit a request below or give us a quick call to let us know about the change so we can schedule your payment.
