When you will be charged for your renewal will depend on how you are set to make payment:
If you are set up to have your mortgage company make the payment, we’ll need to receive that payment before the renewal Effective Date.
If you are set up to pay using a credit card, your payment will be automatically processed 16 days before your renewal Effective Date.
If you need to update your payment information, please do so before this 16-day mark to avoid being charged.
If you need to update your payment details, you can do that yourself through the Kin Customer Portal* or you can give us a call at 855-216-7674. Please never send your full credit card number or a photo of your card via email or text.
*If you had a previously declined payment but have now updated your card information in the Portal, it will not automatically trigger a new payment. Please submit a request below or give us a quick call to let us know about the change so we can schedule your payment.
