Your self-inspection email will come from eSurvey with the subject: “Home Inspection Made Easy.”

If you do not complete the self-inspection right away, you may get up to two additional reminder emails with the subjects: “REMINDER: Complete your home inspection eSurvey today” followed by “There's still time; finish your home inspection eSurvey today”

When you will receive the initial self-inspection eSurvey link depends:

• If you already own the property and are currently living in the home, you will receive your self-inspection information immediately after signing your new policy.

• If you are buying a new home and have not yet closed on the property, we will wait to send your self-inspection information until the Effective Date of your new policy.

If your Effective Date has already passed and you still do not see an email from eSurvey with a link to the inspection portal, please submit a request below to let our Support Team know, and we can request eSurvey send the link again.
