How do I make a payment online?
September 10 2024 6:43pm1. Go to kin.com and click Log in.
(If you don't have an account yet, you can click Create an account to get started!)
2. Once logged in, you’ll be brought to the Home Page. Find the policy you want to make a payment on and click the View Details and Payments button.
3. Click on the Payments tab near the center of the page. Once on the Payments tab, you should see your payment method and payment schedule.
Note: if you are not seeing your payment schedule and wish to make a payment, please contact Kin’s support team at 855-216-7674.
4. On the payment schedule, click the Make Payment option next to the transaction you wish to pay.
Note: Clicking this option will not charge you right away. You’ll be able to select your payment method and confirm the payment amount before your payment is processed.
5. Choose a payment method. You can use your card on file or enter a new card – if you don’t have a card on file, you’ll need to enter new card information.
Note: If you choose to save a new card on file, it will replace the card currently on file.
6. Upon clicking Submit Payment, the payment method selected will be charged.
7. A confirmation will appear to confirm if the charge was successful. If you see an error message, please try again or contact us at (855) 216-7674.
