Yes! We can update your effective date and when we make the change, we’ll fax or email the updated documents to your mortgage company.

If the change is to backdate the effective date to match your closing date, we’ll just need a copy of your closing documents showing the date you officially closed on the property. You can email those documents to sales@kin.com.

If the effective date change will be for 30+ days in the future from your original effective date, we will ask that you work with your sales representative to write a new policy.
